We are pleased to have received an award from our automated insurance communication partner Pathway for customer loyalty. W.C. Burgess Insurance uses as many platforms as possible to communicate trends in insurance and vital insurance information to our clients. We use Pathway automated email campaigns to prompt clients to review their policies and have a discussion with their brokers about insurance. We also send quarterly newsletters, claims process surveys, customer service surveys, weather alerts, payment reminder notices, and offer self-service solutions for policy documents and electronic liability slips through a progressive web application. We are a grassroots company, where you can always deal with a broker one-on-one but recognize the ever-evolving online needs of consumers.

W.C. Burgess Insurance is very proud of Patty Skelton from our office for receiving her Honorary Membership from the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario. Patty has been a licensed broker, serving her community for close to 23 years! The IBAO recognizes these individuals for their years of service in the insurance industry. Congratulations Patty!

Congratulations to our Marla Downing for receiving her CAIB Certificate.  Marla has worked very hard, requiring hours of studying in order to receive the Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers designation.  This is a nationally-recognized professional designation. We consider this as part of our special events, and are very proud of her! Many of our other brokers at W.C. Burgess Insurance have also received their CAIB designations.
