COVID-19 UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
W.C. Burgess Insurance Services Ltd wants to let you now that in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic we are still here to service your insurance needs. We are taking all precautions in our office to reduce the risk of the spread of the Coronavirus by ensuring we have cleaning and hygiene protocols in place.
We need your help. In order to comply with Provincial and Federal Government recommendations, we request that our clients do their best to practice social distancing which includes no non-essential office visits.
We respectfully ask our clients to contact us by phone, email or through our Kiosk web application for their insurance requests.
Coming to our office should be the last resort. If you do need to come to our office, please refrain from doing so if you are sick and please use the hand sanitizer at the reception desk.
Payments of premiums can be done on the phone by credit card or online payment and electronic funds transfer.
If you are not sure what you should do, always call first so we can help you.
Our office is a strong advocate for social distancing so we can protect our clients, our community and our staff. As we monitor the situation, we will keep our clients updated on our business operations.
